We appreciate the support of our community partners like Richmond/Ermet AID Foundation (REAF) who make our mission to end family homelessness possible!
This past holiday season, REAF made us the beneficiary (for the second year in a row!) of their wonderful Help Is On the Way for the Holidays Gala & Concert, and generously donated $5,091 to support our programs that help families achieve long-term housing and financial stability.
“In addition to raising much needed funds for REAF, we’re thrilled to also support Raphael House, to provide housing for homeless families and youth to help them get back on their feet,” says REAF Executive Director Ken Henderson.
Though the concert and event was virtual this year, the show was one to remember, with exciting performances from Adam Lambert, Catte Adams, Carol Channing, Latoya London, Leslie Jordan, and much more. If you missed the show, you can stream the entire performance here.
The Richmond/Ermet Aid Foundation (REAF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Arts/Health organization dedicated to raising funds for AIDS services, hunger programs and programs for underserved youth in the Bay Area through the production of quality entertainment programs. Since its founding, REAF has provided more than $4 million in support to organizations in need, including Raphael House!
REAF will be hosting a Valentine-themed event on Saturday, February 13th at 7:00 p.m. to benefit their Small Emergency Grants Program and members of the theater community impacted by Covid-19 shutdowns. Tickets can be purchased here.
On behalf of the Raphael House community, we send a sincere “Thank You!” to REAF for supporting Raphael House and the families in our programs!
