Thanks to you, we broke a record – we raised over $1,000,000 to support Raphael House’s mission of providing shelter, services, and support to Bay Area families in need!

Led by our incredible co-chairs Abbey Walker and Emilie Lynch, the event showcased the community’s unwavering commitment to combating family homelessness.

Our annual gala is our largest fundraiser of the year, supporting our mission to provide customized solutions to the families we serve. Thank you for being a part of the Raphael House community and building the safety net for Bay Area families.

Community Spirit Award Honoree

We are thrilled to honor Town School for Boys with this year’s Community Spirit Award.

From March 6 – March 17, 2023, 66 Town School students read over 37,000 pages and raised over $21,000 for Raphael House families!

We are grateful for the hard work of Town School students, who went to school early to brainstorm, plan, and execute the read-a-thon. Alongside Town School’s incredible librarians, the student-run committee of K-8 students led the promotion and participation in the read-a-thon to ensure it’s incredible fundraising success. Thank you to everyone involved; your dedication is an inspiration and true embodiment of Community Spirit!
