Defend yourself !

A day of self-defense! A group of teen age girls got together to learn about self-defense both verbally and physically. It was a great team building activity and the girls learned a lot about themselves and one another. Many of the girls did not know each other before the activity and were a bit shy at the beginning, but by mid afternoon the instructor said "get a partner-someone you do not know" one of the girls responded "We know everyone!" It was great to see them bond quickly and have a great time. This is definitely an exercise we will continue to offer.
